Image Description: This is a 'call me' gesture. Probably two hundred years ago they would not understand you when you raise your hand to your head in such way and they would rather laugh at you. However, today lifting up to your ear your hand with two outer fingers stretched you are sure to expect a phone call. Thus, the gesture can be truly called the modern one because we live in the days when it is widely used and perfectly understood. The funny thing about this particular gesture is that if you see a hand with fingers in the same position but far away from an ear it means that someone offers to take a drink which has nothing to do with phone calls.
