Instead of the wood that most clothespins are made of, these two are built from molded plastic, giving them deep color and a unique look. They hang alone on the line, blue and purple, with a background that is blurry, but likely resulting from sun-speckled trees in the background. Looking closely at the blue specimen will reveal a crack in its body, serving to remind us that there is a good reason that most of them are made from tougher wood!
